NEVER LIVE HERE. Office has no clue. Too much noise at all hours. Most residents equal STUPID. And apparently it is a hang out for non residents at 3 am because the gate is always open. CAN NOT WAIT TO GET OUT. 3 weeks the new dryer has been broke. Have patience I was told. After 3 weeks patience is non existent.
Been calling all day because of leaks coming from both bathrooms upstairs. Was told maintenance would be here at 4pm, no one has shown up and its 7pm. Reported issue at 11am. The ceiling will leak once the upstairs neighbors take a shower in either bathroom. This service SUCKS. We pay too much. We have had nothing but problems since moving in including mold which has caused health problems. If i could give negative stars, i would.
Run past this horrid place!!!!!!!! The new crew running this place is simply awful! I've been waiting months for my garage to be fixed. They are now closed on weekends but didn't tell the residents. They were not available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday but expect you to pay rent by 12 noon on Tuesday. They rarely answer the phone. Professionalism does not exist.
Love this place! Would highly recommend this place to others. I have stayed at this place and a few others. This, and the apartment complex across the street "Amara", are awesome. Great Staff, pretty reasonable prices, and wonderful landscaping. The apartment's themselves are updated and nice. And the fellow neighbors are all young and mature. Great place Indigo West!!!
Wonderful apartment! Hope the new management continues to be great and put forth effort to help out us tenants!
