I know everyone's experience is different but I moved in last month and I love it. I walk my dogs around the lake everyday and the fact they keep poop bags stocked is impressive. I only had one issue with my apt and it was fixed the next day. I'd refer someone to live here.
I loved the apartment when I moved in, and since May I have had service request to fix a running toilet! I'm now onto my 7th request tomorrow!! This is now the third day in a row I will be going to put in a request. It's not hard to fix! I'll find a YouTube video and show the maintenance staff how to fix it. I don't want to pay the water bill for a problem I have been reporting since day one!!! This needs to be fixed or a credit needs to be given if y'all can't fix it!!!!!!!!! I've been living in this complex going on 2 years and really haven't had any issues. If I put in a work order it gets done in a timely fashion. The management is very nice no complaints at all. If you go inquiring about an apartment ask for Johana M. She has great customer service and get things done.
Worst complex I've ever lived in. Power has gone out. Water went out. Maintenance is terrible (they come out on time but don't fix the problem). This is not worth the arm and leg I pay. I will admit no problem with pests.
