Refused to test for COVID-19 after waiting 1 hour on phone in parking lot. Extremely rude and unprofessional
RecommendedEverytime I've brought my kids here, we've waited less than with the standard doctor office appointment! The staff has been kind, professional and friendly.
Everyone there was so kind to me. They are professional and all did their jobs well. I was seen quickly ; even had an X-ray done. I would definitely go here again if needed and I recommend it to all. Thank you for the excellent care.

I don't like having to go see you guys because usually one of us is sick. But glad we have staff we can count on when we're not our best.

I was seen and paid $100 with my insurance. I was later billed another $60 - cash price is $109! I was floored that they were demanding another $60 over what they would charge someone who was uninsured. I requested they reverse my insurance submission - they stated my insurance refused it and they refused to see me again until I paid an additional $61! Seems unethical at best! They blamed my insurance and basically could care less that it is absolutely penalizing the patient because they are insured!! I’m very disappointed..... read more
