After much difficulty an IV line was placed in my arm in preparation for an MRI of the breast and I entered the machine. At the moment of the planned injection of contrast material it was discovered that I had insufficient kidney function and the test was terminated. I was charged the full amount of the MRI, despite the fact that the test was terminated before completion, and deemed worthless diagnostically without having used contrast material. Horrible, will never go there again, terrible service, too much wait, and the place is very unpleasant
The wait is always over an hour/ hour and half. They always have a reason but, nothing is different. It is getting worse.. One must wonder, if it is run so poorly, are they good at reading your results??? I will not be going back... maybe that will make the,wait 5 mins less.
