Everyone very nice but long wait and my exam was interrupted to download records. Very disappointed i did not get results at conclusion of test. Have always talked with radiologist at other facilities immediately following.

My daughters boyfriend went for an MRI recently and the wait time was horrible, and very long, which is understandable sometimes, but the staff was very unprofessional and almost rude at some points. They took the pictures of the MRI to their Dr. that requested this and he said it was the worst MRI he has ever seen and had to send them for a second one at another facility. I have been to your facility for 4 procedures. The office employees and technicians were all great and friendly. Yes, there is a wait even if you have an appointment. I have no problem with the facility in Lake Worth. My complaint is with the company that does their billing. I was overcharged on 2 of my procedures. I called the billing department to find out that I cannot be reimbursed for another month. On 8/10 I had a bone density test which should have been with no copay, but I was charged $12.86. Called the only number they have listed everywhere and no one answers any of the prompt numbers. When you push the prompts they do not bring you to where you need to go it just keeps looping the same thing and it gets you nowhere. Very frustrating for physicians offices that are attempting to refer patients for scans.

From a medical perspective, the services received were Great. It's the Clerical/Billing departments which are woefully lacking. I was overcharged $787 at my first visit (May 2, 2017) because they did not correctly ascertain the correct insurance copayment with the insurance company. Even though they acknowledge that they overcharged me, here it is 4 months later (September 1, 2017) and the answer I get is that they (MedSolutions) finally got the authorization back (from Independent Imaging) to refund the overcharge and tha... read more

After three months of disputing a charge for an MRI with contrast that was not completed, I still have no refund. I was promised a refund and, in follow up conversation, was told that this was never promised. This was a complete botch job starting from multiple painful attempts to insert an IV line. Please know that Independent Imaging is not the place to go for fair treatment
