I would like to thank the front office staff that worked on 6/10/19 at the Wellington office. When I arrived the waiting area was full and the office was very busy but the the office staff were polite, helpful, and well organized. They did a great job!

Despite a dauntingly crowded waiting room at the JFK facility, I was seen a few moments after arrival. I’d like to commend Brittany at the Front Desk for arranging for me to be seen almost immediately by excellent technician Sandrine STAT as my physician had requested.

Your office in Lake Worth, doesn't take change from there patients. My co -payment was around $ 240.67, instead I had to pay $241.00. Now if the collect extra from every patient who is paying cash, they are geting more then what the suppose to. Not good. Ripping people off. Other then this the ladies who cared for me was wondering I will give them 4 Stars....

When I had my MRI there in independent imaging lake worth florida branch my results take 6 days to forward it to my doctor. I keep on calling them to follow up on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th day but still there is no results. Thats the worst service that i’v experience.

I like the place & the services offered. Very professional and courteous. The website is another story...HATE it - i paid my bill over a month ago but just got another bill...logged on to credit card site to see payment has expired I made on January 14th - today is February 11th so i made another payment and logged in to cc site again - you guys cancelled the 2nd payment too...I tried to make an online account but your system will not allow me to do so - very frustrating - and your billing closes at 4:30, too early

I had to get 2 scans done, from making the appointment to finishing when I was done, the staff was so kind, friendly, engaging and just plain nice. I was so impressed with the different people I interacted with. I highly recommend them.

Very cold attitude while my breast Ultrasound was being done. No instructions on what was going to happen. I have never had a test like this and was nervous. Frank is wonderful who is out front at the desk. Other wise no communication from the schedule to operation on the phone.

I was overcharged $1500 and now I have to wait 4 weeks after the pet scan to call PBS to get my money back as it is not automatic. Also I filled out the paperwork to have the results sent to my rad oncologist It was sent to the wrong doctor and I had to wait the weekend to find out if I still had cancer on my birthday Weekend. I will never use independent imaging again.

I have been coming here for 4 years and each time I come for Mammogram and Ultra Sound, the waiting is horrible and no consideration to come out to say they are running behind. Don't understand of making an apt at 9:30am and get seen an hour later each time. But they are fast on checking you in and taking your copay visit and the extra fee for the 3D. Plus you get called into the Mammo room and get asked to wait again few minutes and will be back. Also they have put in my name incorrectly calling me by middle name when it... read more
