wellington office way over books their appointments. been going here for 10 years and the past 3 years have been awful. The first 7 were great but now I wait no less than one hour and up to 2 hours after my scheduled appointment before I am called in. I booked an appointment for an MRI of my knee and upon arrival they had me booked for a mammo, Really?? they don't even sound alike. of course they said they would squeeze me in and instead of telling me to come back in 2 hours they kept telling me a few minutes more. 2 ... read more

I had a facial X-ray on Tuesday at 1 o’clock. It is now Thursday T 9 in the morning and you don’t have the results. And they won’t be ready until late today. This a disgrace. What if I have broken bones.

Horrible customer service rep... lacked communication skills, compassion and brains. Wasted my time when I have an urgent situation ( possible blood clot) to be ultrasound examined. Had me in tears and my doctors’ office will not refer to you ever ! Shame on you!!!!

I arrived 10 minutes early for an 11:30am MRI appt. it is now 12:15 and I still haven’t been seen for the procedure. I have been a patient for over 29 years and this is the last time I will use your facility. I’m chose to use your imaging company, but never again. I am a handicapped patient and sitting is very uncomfortable. Very poor customer service on your behalf.

During the beginning of May 2019, I went to my primary care doctor for a routine checkup and experienced an unusual pain in my pelvic area. I was then asked to attain a Pelvic Ultrasound which was administered Independent Imaging, located at 3347 State Road 7, Suite 100, Wellington FL, 33449. Once my results were, he immediately sent me to see my gynecologist due to seeing an extremely large measurement of my uterine lining. First time using their services. I had a few procedures done back in April 2019 and because of the type of plan I had, I had a clue of what I had to pay. To my surprise, the girl at the counter says your deductible is $$$, three digit amount. I didn't question the amount, did think it was odd, but I just paid. I went on line to my health providers website to change my PCP and to my knowledge I see that Independent Imaging sent the claim and notified AETNA that for those services I only paid $$, two digit amount. Got there early as instructed for 11 am appt. Filled out the paperwork returned it with my drivers license and insurance ID. Waited in a overcrowded room where there was a family reunion going on, 9 people for 1 persons. appointment. Was called to window finally @ 11:15 for 11 appointment. Having breathing issues and being surround by people who reeked of cigarette smoke and way too much perfume made me ill! I will not being using this so office again! Also will be spreading the word!
