I waited some time before writing this review to ensure my pet’s passing did not cloud my judgment. I only had one minor issue with this clinic a few years prior to her final illness, which had been resolved. However, there are several concerns from those last weeks that I cannot let go of. While I understand the liability around giving medical advice over the phone, being told “It’s up to you to bring her in or not” may have cost my pet valuable time. Absolutely love the service here. I brought my dog in for severe skin allergies. The staff treated him with such kindness and respect. The doctor addressed all my questions. We were in and out in no time. I would highly recommend Richey Animal Clinic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
AMAZING service!! Had a pregnant Frenchbull dog and called around the entirety of Houston before finally finding a place that ended up being even lower than my budget!! Very good prices and amazing service they helped delivered 5 healthy fat pups naturally!! I brought my kitten Silver in yesterday PM. She was not eating or drinking & lethargic. She was given 2 shots & told to bring her in on Friday if not better. Well she got worse & died. Not even 24 hours did she live!! Out of the 3 kittens I originally brought in, now 2 are dead. Waste of money. Need to consider another vet I guess.
I took my year old cat Luna because she was not eating or drinking she was sleeping alot more than the usual I was so concerned because shes a very active cat zoomys all day just a happy girl.
