I can't say anything less than perfection when working with Independence Tire of Alpena! I was only in town for the weekend so I had very limited time to get any work done. I called Thursday morning asking if they could put a 6" lift on my truck. Brad answered every single question I had with sincerity and confidence. They do great work today only check on another garages mistakes and allowed me to get it fixed also have worked on multiple of my cars and never had a problem great job guys
A huge thank you to Independence Tire and Auto Repair! I brought my car in for an oil change and forgot to let them know that my power windows weren't working properly. After the oil change the windows they put down wouldn't go back up. The mechanics went above and beyond- diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken wire at no charge. You guys are awesome!
I've been having trouble with my car tire and since I'm off work for surgery I haven't had the money to fix it and i was at the dentist with kenzie and by the time we were done my tire was flat. I went next door to the tire place and all I asked was for them to air it up for me. After they looked at the tire they said they couldn't let me drive on it and gave me a "new" tire for free! I'm so grateful. Thank you so much! !!!
