I wouldn’t take my vehicles to anybody else! Anytime I’ve thought about buying a vehicle, this is where I’ve taken it. The employees and management started off as just my mechanics and in the long run ended up as family. I KNOW I can call them or bring my vehicle any time and it will be taken care of 100%!

I was on my way home from work yesterday and encountered tire issues on the way, I pulled up to the doors of independence at 5 as the techs were cleaned up and leaving for the day.... I explained to them what was going on and they opened the doors back up and threw my vehicle up on the rack without hesitation, I was back on the road and home safely for dinner thanks to these guys, this is the place that will be getting all my business...thanks

Independence was fabulous! Being a female sometimes you are treated differently in an auto situation. Brad was patient and excellent at making sure I was knowledgeable about my decisions. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend this place. Thank you!!
