Went to Independence Beer Garden earlier tonight with my boyfriend and wasn't served. I've received slow service before and I'm understanding that a place could be short staffed or could have a busy crowd. However, at 6pm tonight, a waitress would not serve us. She did her rounds around us twice during a 35 minute timeframe and we watched her take orders for everyone around us. Great place for the family to grab lunch during the day. Food very reasonably priced. Looks to be a nice place to go for a date in the evenings. Only there during the day. Bathrooms were terrible, very dirty, water all over the floors, they had fans trying to blow the water out when we were there.
Very pleasant staff and managers. Willing to listen when I had a problem. Thank you
