awful customer service! I canceled a birthday party for my son a MONTH in advance on 2/11 and was told on the phone I would receive a 50$ gift card for my deposit refund within 5 business days. 2 weeks go by and I called and was told a manager (Aria?) would contact me. never did. I got on FB and messaged them thinking someone would know on there.
