Visited on May 20th with my family & it was ok. I booked my party from 3-6pm but only had my host until 4 because the call center got my info wrong. The pizza itself was pretty good, and the arcade was nice too. Quite a few rude crew members tho, but all and all, we had fun.
We enjoyed so much inspite of our age...feel young at heart seeing kids playing around.Its fabulous !!!!!

I feel sad that Incredible Pizza is so expensive. It's not an experience that families can afford unless they make really good money. The games are so expensive now and the value of the prizes given is a joke. You definitely make a killing on them. At least making the games inexpensive would help. Our grandkids love the place, but now go through $15 mega quickly and end up with almost nothing in prizes. Please consider that there are families who will never be able to afford your business. I took my 3 year old there for her birthday they don't have alot for younger kids couldn't even take her on the go carts she wasn't tall enuff good was good tho kinda nickle and fine you on everything you would think for the price you pay for entry and food the socks would be free so you could jump I don't think I would return
This is a fun place for children of all ages. It was our granddaughters birthday.
We always have a really good time at Incredible Pizza in Springfield, MO. The food is excellent, great selection of games. Only con is it is pretty pricey. We got $25 game cards for our 3 kids and food for all of us and it was $114!! A kid can go through $25 game card in under 30min easily!!
VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. For a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, it was $112.00, and this was with a coupon too. You get pizza buffet with that and 2 hrs of games that don't give prizes at which are limited on how many of those there are and not to mention you have to wait to play because that is what a lot of people are doing because your 2hrs of free play start when you swipe the game card.the $10 they give you will let you play about 10 games because each game that gives out prizes is a$1 each to play.Just remember to do your fr... read more
