Springfield Incredible Pizza Company is an awesome place! A friend of mine and I ate there recently and enjoyed some good, healthy options from the buffet, a classic movie, and the game room! I give it and the staff an A+ rating! 😀
We went on Saturday afternoon and the place was packed. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and efficient. Food was kept full even with the huge crowd. What impressed me the most was how well the staff interacted with my teenager with autism. Everyone was very patient. Two different staffers offered accommodations without prompting. He had a blast and we'll be back soon.
We had a great time! Came from Iowa to visit some family and stopped by and it was excellent and not badly priced either! Only downfall was my son getting his arm stuck on the infants teacup marry go round ride- the middle part of the ride doesn't turn with the ride- maybe take out the middle part? i'm not sure.. � other than that it was a fantastic time!
Great place! We LOVE sensory friendly time here - the buddies were incredible. :)
I wish that you had specials for larger families. We are a family of six and can't afford to go. It would be nice to have affordable entertainment for kids in the area.
Wish their were more employees to have the attractions all open at the same time
Food was very poor quality..... prices outrageous!!! The new set up and scheduled attractions limited what we could do.... not going back anytime soon!
Do not go on the weekend. I am sure it's always busy though. The pizza was good though. Thought it was more expensive then it was worth though.
