I loved it. My package was expensive but it was worth it. They were very accommodating to my added guests and were super nice. The food was great too.
Always love this place i have been voming for many years
I am super disappointed in the customer service at Springfield IPC today. We took my son to celebrate his 6th birthday which is Tuesday since we won't have time to go on his actual birthday. He asked if he could spin the birthday wheel and the cashier told him it was "too soon to celebrate" he could spin the wheel but couldn't have a birthday prize. We had a great time. I was looking for something different for my husband's birthday. He really liked the video games and we were happy to enjoy the 3D movie as a family (we simply had the motion on the seats turned off). Our 10 month old Alan loved the merry-go-round. Fun Family Place! Love the Food and games and my kids love to earn points so they can get prizes.
A very fun place for family fun but we were very disappointed when we paid for 2 hours of game time and then when we got in the back it was only for 1/4 of the games. You have to pay more for the other 3/4 of the games. This needs to be explained better up front or all games need to be included. If it had been explained we wouldn't have purchased the packages we did. When we asked and said it wasn't explained correctly the associate just shrugged her shoulders.
