This has been one of my favorite places to go for years. Love the atmosphere and food.
We hadn't been to Incredible Pizza in a while, but decided to go last night because of the new attractions. We spent over $85 dollars and we got sub par food, got to jump for 15 minutes on the new trampolines and played games that are grossly overpriced. I have to say the quality has gone way down since our last visit. Very disappointed.
My family has loved coming here for a very long time. I was so upset that twice now we have registered our game cards and twice now no one can find record of them. We lost all our tickets that my family saved and saved for. It was very upsetting that we go on and register the cards and then when we need to look the information up its gone. However, once Incredible Pizza heard of the issue they took care of the issues and helped my family out. We had such a wonderful time here! It was our first time and we were thoroughly impressed. Food was good with a wide variety of options, staff friendly and the games varied enough where everyone stayed entertained. Thanks for such a great week day night!
While the people were nice...the food was HORRIBLE. Took our 2 and 3 y/o grandchildren there for the first time as a treat for our grandboy who'd just spent a week in PICU at Mercy. The "hot dogs" you couldn't even cut with a fork. The pizzas were just nasty. I didn't even KNOW ice cream could be gross..but when a 2 & 3 y/o won't eat it and say "Ew Mamaw" there's something wrong. The best place in Springfield to have a date night with the kids! The pizza was all fresh and the employees were all great they even took pictures of me and my daughter and nephew for us! I love their service! The only down fall was that the bumper cars were not working but I highly recommend incredible pizza! I can't wait to go again and neither can the kids!
Just now left and had a awful experience, if I could I wouldn't even give it one star.... I want to puke Italian food ha what a joke
