Food wasn't necessarily all that great, but for the price, guess it was worth it. Everything smelt kind of bad, honestly and I had stomach problems when I came home. Not necessarily blaming Incredible Pizza but, that might've been the case.
We love bringing our kids here for their birthdays. The staff treat us well and the prices are better than the competition here in Springfield.

Awful ! Awful! The games are over priced and the service was poor!
Alert ! They have no nutritional information for their food. It's very disappointing that no one would return my message. My daughter has type I diabetes and her class trip is going to incredible pizza . I am just disappointed in a chain restaurant located in TN that would not at least try to help provide me with information . Instead they are very rude at the call center . :(
Poor communication of promotions. Also, prices are deceptive. If you require a drink, then it should be included in the price of the buffet.

Not only do I love taking my grandchildren here, but also I love eating here! They provide a safe and fun environment, and the food is great and a great value. Read the notes posted on the bulletin board if you need assurance that SIPC is a compassionate and caring community partner.
Today was my and my family's first time coming out and we had a wonderful time. The staff were above and beyond with us, my currently picky 1.5 year old ate better here than I think I've ever seen, we loved the games and attractions, and my little boy just loved the rides over in the Tiny Town area. Cannot wait for our next visit, this is certainly going to turn into one of our regular stops!
