If you actually look things up...you will see that the average cost to repair an electrical part on your furnace is around 450.00. Sorry you didnt purchase a contract and had to pay for something to get fixed. Horrible costomer service. I called in with a complaint and I'm assuming someone of importance was on the other end, and told me "I wish this was my biggest problem of the day." Absolutely disgusting customer service.
