Equipment is never fixed even after multiple requests over half a year. Plenty of room and need for additional squat racks yet they keep 2 racks with broken spotting bars. The TVs near the cardio machines have had lines in them for over half a year as well.
By accommodating Ridgecrest Residents during the extraordinary seismic activity since 7/4/19 OR at least provide timely updates about the club's status. We were supposed to get an update on 7/15/19 but there's been only crickets.

They could improve their customer service skills by 10 fold. I have heard so many people walking out because they don't seem to care about there customers. I have been there twice, and the people at the front desk never seem to know what they are doing
