Great gym, prices are good, friendly staff and a wide selection of classes.
Nice place to work out...but - They advertised opening at 6am on New Year's day. Lots of people were waiting in the parking lot but nobody showed up to open. I went home at 6:30.

Very nice health club. If you’re a person with mobility issues this club is all on one level. It is also one of the few (if there are any other) clubs with a pool and aquatic classes. Staff if friendly and helpful.
I teach group exercise at the club so my answer may be a little bias, however, I have to say it's the nicest place to work here in the valley when it comes to a fitness center. I'll also say it's the cleanest place Ive worked at here in the desert. It's the only game in town if you want a nice indoor swimming pool with great classes, I know because I teach in that pool! And the best part, we have a great staff, and we have an extremely diverse population when it comes to the membership which makes it really representative of... read more
