First I went in bought a protein drink 4:12 they gave me change back of 88 cents in Nichols!!! Witch at a gym is a pain. Then the jacuzzi was shut down!!! Then there was no body soap or shampoo witch wasn’t the first time!!! Also was no paper towel!! Witch an hour earlier someone was complaining there was no paper towels!!! I pay good money to come there and this is what you get!! And it’s NOT And isolated incident

Great equipment and the best staff
This is my hometown gym. I love the spin classes, the instructors are the best! Great staff and clean facility. David from housekeeping is always friendly and courteous.
I love this Gym. The equipment is modern and workers are friendly. The pool, steam room, and sauna are a huge plus. If you go to the Gym five times, you get a price. If you go 12 times, you get another price. They motivate members to Work out. I had an instructor and she was fantastic. She really opened my eyes with more information and with the results of the biometric test. Best Gym I have ever been.
I have been using only the Personal Trainer (Kuba K); he will make you work hard. Kuba will get the most out of you. He will be the only Personal Trainer that I will use, it has been 10 months and he is the best.
Great place! Love the pool and the staff are very helpful. I like that I don't feel like a fish out of water because I'm not super fit!
