I had a terrible experience. When I signed up for a trainer, they charged me 3 times. So the price was 170 and they charged me $410. No one informed me, except Tom said to me, without telling what had happened, that I had a big check coming. I called management, but it still took over 3 weeks to get my $340. I called and complained, but the manager said there was nothing they could do. The trainer, Chris was one of the worst I have had in a long time. My experience had been that there are aggressive gay men here. One of them peeked in my shower. Tony a manager told me that " happens to him all the time". This is the 3rd time I've left a review they delete. My experience here sucks due to all the gays hitting on me. Sucks
Great well equipped gym and friendly helpful staff. The membership price are great too.
I love I-shape
Gym is great. It would be awesome if it was 24 hrs. Also men’s locker room accommodations are too tight. Not enough room to get ready or get ready to leave.

Love this gym,love the facilities,but I have one complain,when it first open you could find the cleaning spray bottles and towels in almost every machine, now I have to go in a scavenger hunt just to find one.
