Here in New Orleans wishing I was at the Saturday water aerobics class. Loved the music, loved the workout, and loved the instructor.
I like this club a lot more then the old golds. New equipment. I can go in anytime and do my work out with no problems. Wide variety of equipment to use.
Amazing people working there. Atmosphere is better than EOS.

I joined this club because of the wonderful group X classes. I absolutely love Frank's cardio dance class! I wish it was more than once a week so more people could experience this class. I love all of Frank's classes!! His stretch class is just wonderful!!
