Love Inshape. Should go more often. My trainer is Katrina she rocks. Everyone is friendly and equipment is kept up. Enjoy water arobics with Frank he's got great energy. So far have recruited 2 members. So you guys have a Fabulous holiday.
It's not Equinox, but it's the best health club in the Palm Springs area that I'm aware of.
You rarely find a gym that doesn't smell like a gym. The facilities are clean, it's quiet and the folks using the free weights don't throw them down like they do at other facilities.

Who do I ask about the Wifi, I like to listen to different things on my phone when I am working out! I option of the t.v.'s but the music motivates me!
Yes, Frank Duncan is BOMB ... his Water Aerobics, Easy Does It & Yoga classes have strengthed & toned my Ole Body's aches & pains within 4 months!
I've tried World's Gym, EoS, 24 Hour Fitness and now InShape. WOW, was I surprised! Looking at InShape from the outside, you'd first think, "ewww, what a dump"! However, once you step inside, you'll be AMAZED how big, clean and well equipped InShape is! Full selection of free weights, dumbbells and machines to fit everyone's fitness level. They also have a gigantic Pool and Spa , sauna and steam room. I love it! Love the water aerobics class with David! A great and fun workout every time.
I came back from trying out for a week for free, I noticed that they didn't many Zumba classes or alternatives, but now after almost 6 months I love what they've done with the schedule and they've added water zumba. Facility is clean but the jacuzzi is awful!! I've never seen a dirtier jacuzzi in any public place as this one. I wish I would have taken a picture, you could see the black grime on the rim where there's suppose to be white tile that's pretty disgusting, definitely not up to OSHA standards.
