What an awesome BODY COMBAT class last night. It was only the second time this class has been taught at this location and the instructors second time teaching BODY COMBAT as well. Antonette Husbands is an awesome instructor with lots and lots of energy. We all definately got the workout we were expecting. I can't believe that being a Friday night, when the gym is usually slower, the class still had 63 members taking it, and the energy in the room was amazing! Can't wait to take the class again...

I drive one hour to swim at the indoor pool @ In-Shape. I LOVE it! Well worth the drive.
