I was going to a spin class in Rancho Mirage (way over priced), until my friends convinced me to try In Shape. I am in love with the spin classes and Lori is an amazing instructor. As I have been spinning for several years in LA. I also have been going to swim classes and again David is a great instructor, but my friends and I have not been going, as the pool is way to cold for us desert girls.
