In and out did an amazing job cleaning my dirty carpets, highly recommended.
Nick was very professional and considerate. Fast and efficient .He came in went right to work and was done in no time. I have two dogs so there was a lot of heavy traffic areas and thanks to Nick it's looks a whole lot better
They say no bait and switch they are full of shit. The worker has no people skills and couldn’t even find the information he was saying was crystal clear was on his Groupon offer. They ripped my daughter off for the holidays real nice scam artist. BEWARE!!!
Totally disappointed with this company. I told them about the Groupon however would pay them if they wanted rather then purchase Groupon. They agreed. Well the Groupon was only to use water... what a joke so I paid to do a deeper cleaning. I was stupid and paid in cash and the floor looks awful. You can't even tell the difference in the carpet not to mention the tech came at 945 yesterday morning and its 1230 the next morning - thanksgiving needless to say- and the carpets are still soaked... ridculous!
Just had carpets cleaned. Or that's what I thought I was buying. I found these guys on Groupon. Great price. Apparently it was just to get there foot in the door cause they know you won't cancel and set another appointment with another company. Upon arrival the tech explained to actually clean the carpets it's more then double the price. What I got was hot water put on the carpet, then sucked up. Not what I expected. Sean should have explained the prices during the appointment setting conversation. Don't use these guys.
Used them to clean steam clean the rugs in a house we are selling! The day after my house smelled so bad like strong chemicals mixed with something that died, we could not stay in the house. I though giving it a few days would help! It absolutely did not the smell only got worse! We had no choice but to replace all the rugs, when we pulled up the rugs and the pad they were still soaked and this was now a week later.
