I have used this service five times over six years to do our extensive carpets. The results have always been spectacularly good and I would give a five-star rating with special praise for the pleasant, neat, polite crew. On one occasion there were marks left on the carpet because the little plastic squares were not used. The manager came and removed all the spots. I was extremely pleased. The crew has been back twice since then with the usual superb results. He is exceptionally good to deal with on the phone.
I was absolutely amazed at the result. We use them before so we decide to call them to clean the tile and grout as well to re-grout two showers, floor cleaning. one more time the service was very professional. they to fix our tiles from my rental property. I have replaced the old tiles. So happy with the result - they were really great and took the time to make sure I was happy with the job and I would definitely recommend this company. Did a great job on our carpet
Our carpet was in need of a deep clean. They came and had it finished it 20 minutes. They are super nice and helpful and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets! We will definitely be bringing them back next time we need a cleaning. Thanks!
Stood right by their reasonable price quote over the phone. At first, I was a little nervous just because I have dealt with so many horrible companies before but at the end of everything I was just so relieved. I hate when companies tell you one price, and then another price later. Not the case here with these guys In And Out Steamers. Great work and the couch looks beautiful. Will be using again.
