was not happy at all, first i walk out my front door and he had backed his huge van all the way up to front door with not asking, went over drain field and left ruts in yard, told him what are u doing, he chuckled it off, told him i wanted heavy cleaning for the .35 a sq ft, came back from lunch and looked like crap still, had him redo most areas and it helped with an extra few mins of spraying cleaner first, but flooded the floors with cleaner, ruined corners of walls and base with hoses, just seen they had a 50 percent off... read more
We had a great experience with Eli this morning. He was timely and very professional. He did a wonderful job on our carpets! I feel much better knowing our floors are cleaner for our new baby boy coming soon! Thank you so much again for your services! I would highly recommend!
Terrible! I had my area rugs and tile cleaned and it didn’t look like anything had been done at all!!! I called, they said they would come back and fix it, but they no called/no showed for the follow up appointment!!! I had to arrange for someone to be at our house for both days while I was at work. I wanted a refund for the service and they refused. Waste of time, waste of money and beyond poor service. Absolutely stay away
The technician Kyle just completed the cleaning, Kyle did a fantastic job and took care of the heavy traffic areas, also well worth the additional cost for the area rug. I highly endorsed In and Out steamers, definitely will do the bi-annual cleaning with them and hopefully Kyle will be my technician. Thank you for an awesome job.
House smelled worse. Whoever did it was very unprofessional and didn’t stay very long! I’m very disappointed with the service. I won’t use them again. Whoever I spoke to on the phone didn’t explain to me that they wouldn’t be actually cleaning the carpet that they would just be steaming it. I would not recommend this company.
Kyle came out to clean the carpets of a home we had recently moved out of. He did an incredible job! We will be contacting them to get a few things done in our new home!
Kphil serviced 2 properties in Tampa today for dryer vent cleaning. He was on time and did an excellent job! Definitely requesting him next time
