Seriously though..... Sooo... I typically won’t leave a review unless I absolutely hate something or I absolutely love something. In this case: I can honestly say... I absolutely LOVE these apartments. I have the smallest of all the units, I have a studio which is 576 square feet, it’s me and my cat and it’s the cutest apartment ever!!! Great community This is a great community with well maintained grounds and a very friendly and prompt staff. They are always improving the property and look forward to what changes are to come. I highly recommend people that are looking for a place to call home to check it out!
Verified Renter This is a great place to live. Friendly amenities, great Came for pick up but Walmart pickup system was down. And they were not giving my order. So, I bought directly from the store. staff at work. Specially the guy David and Natasha are very promising at his work.

Great Place to Live and Wonderful Staff My experience here at Avana Desert View has been very positive. I would like to mention Tasha who has been extremely helpful, positive and patient. No matter what my needs are she is always there to help me and straighten things out for me. She is so nice and extremely positive in whatever my needs are that without her I would be up a tree. She deserves the biggest raise and outstanding marks in her personality and willingness to help.

Not For Us At All... (1/2) We recently moved from out of town and feel trapped. First thing we noticed when we first moved in was that the unit hardly resembled the one we toured. We figured, "alright, whatever," and just moved on from it.
