We bought an RX350 from import auto brokers last week and we wanted to share our pleasant experience through the whole buying process. Our salesman wasn't pushy yet very informative. I bought my Lexus from them couple of weeks ago and their service staff was very professional, friendly, and competent. They fixed all items under warranty without any debate or argument and also did some repair work at no cost that technically was no longer covered under the warranty. Very professional auto dealers who are awesome at customer service.
