Purchased a car in March with gap insurance. Refinanced in June and still haven't received the gap insurance refund. I'm not the only one with this issue. Check them out on BBB.

DONT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL!!! I traded in my 2011 Dodge Charger perfect condition and gave them &1,300 down! Yet my engine goes bad on the 2008 Chevy Suburban LTZ within 3-4 months! I called to see what can they do to help they told me NOTHING it's your fault. When it's not my fault you guys shouldn't sell bad cars to people! When I purchased the SUV they didn't offer any type of warranty or anything. The manager just brushed me off and didn't show any form of help. VERY RUDE!!
