I have used Imperial Pest Control Services for over 6 years. They are professional and arrive for appointments as scheduled. The technicians are courteous and very friendly. Any issues are addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. I also enjoy the online bill pay option to save time.
The Team is always courteous, prompt, and helpful in answering questions. Very accommodating when asked to spray inside our garage for spiders. The technicians check rodent bait boxes and also set snap traps inside the entrance to the crawlspace under the house. Great service from Melissa in billing.
