Very thorough and detail oriented company. Imperial pest prevention staff helped my wife and I with our rental. We had guests state upon arrival that they had noted ants in various locations of the home along walls of the kitchen and guest bathroom. I hit the internet in a search and found this company. The office was very accommodating, gave me options to help our guests, came out the same day and communicated with me the whole process. My guests were very pleased and I have not had any problems since.
Jon came out today and did a termite inspection for a home we are purchasing in New Smyrna. Coming from Pennsylvania, termites are not a word we use much. Jon was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain thing to me and my wife. We were extremely thankful for him.
