Jon came to our house because we are having a rat problem. Not only was Jon professional and courteous but extremely knowledgeable about our issue. He spent time with me and I never felt rushed. Excellent experience! Right from the start, very professional and thorough. Dealing termites is nontrivial and you need competent technicians that make you feel comfortable that the issue will be handled. For me, this is not an issue that I'm going to skimp on. They did a good job a few years back for termites. And to keep up my warranty I do the yearly inspection with them. so far so good.
Always great service. If I experience any pest problems in between services, I can always reach a live person and have a technician come out usually within a day. Our technician Greg is very knowledgable and very pleasant.
