RecommendedYou will not find a more honest company. Imperial pest prevention had competitive rates when we were shopping around and was a very fluent and good fit with us while we were talking. I felt more comfortable with Johnathon from the company than I did with the two other companies we had quotes from. I can read people well and could tell he was genuine and levels above the competition in knowledge.
I started reading reviews on local pest control companies in the mid-2020 year because I had a terrible chinch bug problem. They were annihilating my lawn at such an alarming rate. Highly recommend using the professionals at Imperial Pest Control. They have years of experience and are quick to respond to messages, friendly, and fair.
They were great. My tenant had rats in the attic. They came out inspected the found some entry points sealed them and set traps in the attic. Problem solved. I had the home put on a program for ants and rats. Thanks, guys.

We have our yard sprayed for mosquitos during the spring/summer months. Having done this myself prior to them - this is hands down more effective. We can actually spend time in our yard without being overtaken - which is wonderful.
