This place is in a perfect position. Beach one minute walk and best pubs and restaurants seconds away. The hotel itself is probably 2-3* at best but location location helps that pain.

The Imperial is a bit daggy, but the location is fantastic, without paying beachfront prices. The staff were nothing short of wonderful. Cocktail hour in the roof top bar is a must!
Just love it there. Love the view from the lounge, try to go every year.
We love it there. We go every 2 years for 2 weeks. We would go more often but we live in Cape Cod Massachusetts!
