The Imperial has been our home in Waikiki for many, many, years! The staff feel like family. From the valets to the desk staff, from the General Manger & Reservations Manger, to the super helpful maintenance and housekeeping staff, everyone quickly knows you by name and makes a special effort to make you feel welcome. The transition from being on a shabby street, to the nicest street in Waikiki has been a bitter sweet experience, because now everyone knows our little secret! Aloha Imperial, can't wait to see you all again.
