We had a really great time and stayed here at the Imperial, location was great, just walk to the beach. They are doing a lot of renovations, and they are looking great. I do hope they do the units, they need it. but not too shabby. The only main complaint I would have is the air conditioning in our unit did not work. We called for maintenance, but still did not work, which made for a very warm stay. Luckily, we did not stay in the unit much. Everyone was very helpful and extremely nice. My wife and two friends stayed here for a week and it was a great stay staff was very helpful and friendly room was very clean and up dated loved our room and the view was good as well a great location less than a 3 min walk to the beach this hotel is right in the middle of great shopping many stores and restaurants we will stay here again I would give this a 4 star rating well worth the money! The location is perfect. And it has a good area for smoking.
It was beautiful and we will never forget the lush tropical atmosphere!!! Heaven on Earth!!!
