Experience was awesome - met at the door. All staff were courteous with no pressure from the salesman to the finance person who helped me get the best deal.

They called back and followed up. Were pleasant. I did not visit the dealership because of the distance from my home.
Dealer delayed responding to me and advertised incorrect price
Man said he had sent me window sticker in October.... did not send again. I found window sticker by googling vin#. Not the least bit welcoming or friendly and obviously not interested in making a sale.
The worst ever experience. Prior to going to the dealership the sales agent said the vehicle was there and that they do business loans for limousine businesses. I drove one hour to the dealership and 1 the suv I called about was not there and 2 after trying tovbsit and switch me 2 hours later they cant do a loan for a limousine business. So after wasting 4 hours of my time the manager didn't even offer me a gas card for my trip home. They were trying to convince me to do a loan personally than using my business.
