Dealer on the particular vehicle I wanted to see was very disorganized. Test drive went well. Sales rep very respectful. Vehicle needed work completed. Vehicle was as represented. Dealer is still disorganized. Price make model options and miles we're right for me.
I received two phone calls from two managers with two different explanations as to where the car was. The car is sold or was it not meeting inspection. Don’t know!
Dealer responded quickly to inquiry. I was looking for a specific car, asked if it were still available which they replied that it was, so I took the hour ride to the dealership. Upon arriving the Sales Manager passed me off to a Sales Person and informed him where car was, headed outside to look at car which could not be found. This is a multi dealership with three brands, car ended up being at the dealership at the opposite end of the complex, no big deal nice day.
