very good, bought the vehicle.
It was awesome anything was done that day and their bought me dinner. I would go buy my next car there
Presents products well
Not a good experience for my Mom. Their price Includes a $1,000 trade or down payment in small letters, no other dealer reduced their price to include a down payment. The vehicle was not on the lot when she arrived, Salesperson was rude and she went elsewhere to purchase the car.
Wanted this vehicle badly they contacted me right away and let me know the vehicle was sold

Imperial Chevrolet in Mendon is where I did buy the 2015 Buick Encore. My salesperson, Kyle was most courteous, the financial gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful. On my return trip to get my sticker and registration a gentleman by the name of Patrick was so helpful. The service department was great, and very fast. The service Manager, Tim had us out in less than an hour and came out to the car with us to answer some questions we had on "how to do" different operations. Although I purchased a vehicle at another dealer the people at Imperial were professional and care about communication and making the buying experience a positive one.
