Put an offer of 2k less than what they were asking in and was told they’d call back...never called. Don’t recommend
Setup a test drive time,car wasn't ready and the lead was sent to a new dealership 15 minutes from the main compound, after calling the rep back from in front of the Chevy dealer was told had to goto him I asked is the car there or here said he had it. 3 hours of wasted time, Dealership also lists the car with a fake price to get higher on the list at car gurus, the price isn't a good buy, Dealership has gotten much to big and nolonger cares about the customer.
Experience with the internet sales representative was excelled, Beyond that the rest of the service was average.

First of all, we heard about a fantastic deal on a 2013 Camaro Convertible at the Imperial Chevrolet dealership through CarGurus. Dave called the contact phone number and spoke with Chris, the internet contact person from Imperial Chevrolet. Only dealership I've seen to list a price but then add in small lettering elsewhere that this price is only with a trade-in. Spoke to dealer who said this price was competitive and a good deal which is weird because I found better prices elsewhere that did not include a trade in, and those are the places I will go to. Being upfront with a customer and not trying little sales gimmicks works way better. I would have rather seen the vehicle listed for $1k more and just scrolled past it than to have wasted my time.

They got back to me within a day
We live about an hour from this dealer and they are constantly trying to get us to come and see their whole inventory, not just the car I questioned about. Our very busy life has us shopping online for a reason.
