Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

I have had many experiences with dealerships. Getting out of my lease was a VERY complicated process as I drive to much to even have a lease. JP at imperial Hyundai was so straight forward abs honest with me! Didn’t do anything extra to get me to do things I didn’t want to do and helped me finance my car so I could keep it and not pay enormous amounts of money in overage fees! I will be back to imperial Hyundai when I’m ready to upgrade my car in a year or so! I also HIGHLY recommend JP.

This was our first time visiting Imperial Cars in Mendon, MA. It was a great experience without any hassles from start to finish. Our salesperson, Ryan Watson was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. Our positive experience continued with Omar Ihjul in the business office. He was thorough with explaining all our options and kept it entertaining while we took care of all of the necessary paperwork. Words cannot begin to describe my HORRIFIC experience at imperial due to just buying a fairly inexpensive brand new car. Imperial still lives up to their horror stories of being incredibly rude for many years. So avoid them at all cost keep shopping.
