Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

imperial does it again. what can I say. I talked with Santos who gave a great deal over email then my salesman Jim Burke was amazing! knew what I wanted. got a great deal no bs. no back and forth. and zero pressure. oh and great trade value made it all work. highly recommend if your looking! thank you to everyone one involved as usal.

Everything. From the sales floor to the financing to the service departments everyone is kind and knowledgeable. Abdul and Omar were very helpful throughout this process, especially with the CT DMV giving us a hard time we managed to make it through and everything worked out great with my Jeep!

Bought a new Jeep 9 weeks ago they lied telling me they would make last payment on my 2017 Jeep after 3 weeks called Chrysler fin asking if they paid off my trade in they said no called the dealership they said I had to make both Jeep payments till my plates came in witch did not happen I brought my trade in to them so they would pay off my trade in Jeep mind you I paid 3 payments on my new Jeep just got it today July 22 and look inside it’s all dirty I asked is this how you give someone there new 61,000 Jeep it was a waste ... read more
