Awful dealership. They're scam artists. I was buying a used Ram from them and the price was more than it said online. The salesman was rude and raising his voice to me. He was doing anything he could to rip me off. After going back and forth with him on the price I finally bought it. he then called me a couple days later saying the truck was all set to pick up. It was an easy sale. They were very helpful when my son was buying his first truck.
I purchased an Equinox from Imperial. The process my honest and straightforward. My sales person Firas was excellent and I would definitely like to have him again! Firas went above and beyond throughout the process. All of our questions were addressed and answered. I would defiantly purchase again from Imperial Chevrolet.
This is our second time buying a car from Imperial in Mendon and we couldn't imagine going anywhere else. This time buying a car was a little different with covid-19, but Tony made the process worry-free and safe. We arrived not positive of the features we wanted in the Ford fusion and Tony worked with us to find the perfect fit. We are very satisfied with our purchase from Imperial! Initial negotiations were done remotely, making the process easy and smooth. My sales rep Andy Claire was informative, honest, accessible and showed utmost respect during the entire process. I would recommend him over and over again! My new car was clean with a full tank of gas upon pick up, just icing on the cake. Great job Andy!
