In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

Everyone has diferent experience,unfortunatly I got a bad experience trying to buy a F150. I went on the webpage and send my information, they sent an email asking to go there, obviously for the covid19 I don't wnat to go there and I prefer do business over the phone or email. So I called the dealer and ask for a specific truck F150, they said they will send me a quote and call me back . Never did. I just bought my fourth car from Imperial and once again I’m happy with my experience. Shadi and JP were both wonderful and helped me through the process. This time I’m again buying a Jeep, Renegade this time. I love it, it has everything I want. The process was quick, I told Shadi what I was looking for and my price range. Signing was also quick and I was able to pick up my vehicle the next morning. Thank you again for making another positive experience. In the past 10 years I purchased 3 vehicles from Imperial. Not only was the purchase process hassle free and very pleasant but when it came to service they were exceptional. Very accommodating. When I needed to leave my vehicle for service they drove me to work and picked me up. In the past I would do my own oil change but there oil change package is such a good deal it's not worth the time, effort and cost for me to do it myself Plus you get a car wash included. I just bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Imperial and traded in my old car, which they gave me top dollar for. The whole experience at Imperial was made very easy and totally stress free by Ali, Mike, and Kevin. Ali from the start was very easy going and let us test drive and check out all the Jeeps we wanted. Ali was so nice and caring every step of the way.
