Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

I truly enjoyed my time at the Milford, Ma location. I was buying a new car and both Jamie and Desiree walked me through the entire process! They were patient and very knowledgeable-I was a bit overwhelmed when I arrived and within minutes they put me at ease and made sure to continuously clarify any questions I had (and I had A LOT!) Recently I had a tire that was losing air. Filled multiple times but still having an issue. I explained this to Paul Sullivan in Customer Service. He had it checked for me and even had the technician remove it off the rim. The tech cleaned it up, put a new seal on it. Much to my delight and surprise, I was not charged for this service. Thank you to Paul and the great customer service I received. Always professional and very easy to deal with. Thank you.

GREAT selection of cars, and very friendly staff. Jim Burke didn't sell me a car, he helped me buy a car. He took the time to show me numerous vehicles. When I walked in I knew I was getting a vehicle, I just didn't know what kind. I highly recommend Imperial Cars in Mendon. 10/10

I wouldn’t recommend imperial Chevy! In the past two months I have bought two cars from this dealership, the first one I drove home to have the brake caliper seize on me and catch on fire.. so much for the 200+ inspection the cars go through there, it’s a joke the second vehicle was an truck and after about a week of owning it I had an check engine light come on keep in mind it was an 2018 truck with 28,000 miles I shouldn’t have these problems.
