In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

We live in New York State and purchased in Massachusetts. We were referred to Imperial by a friend. We dealt with John Ellis who made the transaction extremely smooth and easy. Everything was negotiated and signed for prior to making the six and a half hour trip down to pick up our vehicles. I was not the easiest customer to deal with as I was hesitant about trading in my vehicle. Worst experience I have ever had. when I put my offer in and the sales person came back to me they were $1800 OVER INTERNET PRICE.. My opinion is they are the worst dealership around and I will never go back
