I have had phone service with this company for ten years. On Wednesday 2/8 our phone line went down. This is a business line and our credit card machine is connected to the phone line. We cannot accept credit cards if our phone line is down. Credit card sales are 90% of our sales. They were scheduled to come out on 2/11. Three days later. They never showed. Worst service. Call in customer service for cancellation and she puts me on hold for 15 minutes saying that's how long their cancellation process takes. What a pathetic response and customer service.
